The Raintree Condominium Association Meeting Minutes

A routine meeting of the Raintree Condominium Association was held on last 18th of September, 2024 at 6:30 PM in the Community Room. Attendance at the meeting was moderate, with several residents in attendance. The meeting was led by President Smith.

Minutes for the previous were read and confirmed. A discussion the new renovation plans affecting residents.

Several issues were brought up concerning the amount of disruption caused by the project.
Seconding a motion, it was agreed that|The board voted on starting the project, with an estimated completion date late summer.
Further discussion was held about installing a new security system.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 PM. Next month's meeting will be held on the second Wednesday of January.

Considered Raintree Condominium Bylaw Amendments

The Raintree Condominium Association will have proposed some amendments to the existing bylaws. These changes seek to update several aspects of condominium management. Some among these proposed amendments are: modifications to the pet policy, updates to parking regulations, and a revised section on noise issues. A formal proposal outlining these here amendments will be made available to all residents shortly, along with the schedule for future meetings where residents can voice their opinions.

The proposed amendments represent the Association's dedication to optimizing the living experience for all residents.
Homeowners are urged to review the proposed amendments carefully and engage in the discussion process.

Raintree Condo Exterior Enhancement Project Report

Greetings residents! This brief update provides information regarding the ongoing facade improvement project at Raintree Condo. The key focus of this project is to upgrade the aesthetic appeal and overall resilience of our building. As of today, notable progress has been made on several phases.

Contractors are currently working diligently on the placement of new greenery around the property, which will greatly improve curb appeal.
Additionally , the painting of exterior walls is progressing well, and we anticipate a wrap-up within the next couple of weeks.
Residents are reminded to remain mindful in the project area and to follow all posted regulations . Your understanding is greatly appreciated as we work towards completing this exciting project.
